This is the worst hotel getting booking online and when you check-in they will say the rooms are full and overbooked. I have paid online for my booking and there is no refund. The details provided in Agoda and Booking.com will be contradictory to the property rules and terms. The property replied to me it's overbooked denied check-in but they have informed Agoda that reservation were available on the said date. Imagine me I was denied check-in at 10:30pm night by the hotel standing helpless with my family. I found another hotel Pondicherry Executive Inn and it was best hotel. No parking space available. You need to park on the road. Don't ever book this stupid hotel.

Good cozy rooms. Ideal if ur looking for a place to crash after sightseeing in Pondy. Clean bathrooms. Good AC. Right in the centre of town. Overall a decent stay for 1 or 2 days if ur not looking for a resort stay.

Booked a room in this hotel through Oyo rooms in last week of December 2018. Very small, congested and stinky rooms. When complained about this they didn't respond and were very rude and misbehaved. Even Oyo room was unable to help in this regard. Food quality was pathetic. Thanks

The property is conveniently located in White Town area. However, the staffs who run the operation, is completely unprofessional. They don't understand anything beyond their native language which makes it very difficult for guests to communicate. We reached in the afternoon and we were handed the keys. We had to pull the luggage ourselves and no waiter moved though they were present there at the scene. The room is okay and they provide the minimal amenities. It is advisable to carry your own toiletries along with tooth kit. Breakfast spread is only and only South Indian and from 2nd day, there was no bread given. We had to quarrel with them to get a piece of bread from them. They force you to eat Idli and Pongal since there is no other option given. The staffs can't speak English or Hindi and we were literally pulling out out hairs! But their housekeeping is good and everyday they change your bedsheets and towels. They provide 1 ltr packaged water everyday. We didn't dare to try their other foods since we thought we might not be able to eat. However, the area has enormous options for you and you can choose from Mexican to Italian to Continental to Chinese to Indian. However, the Indian dishes do come with curry leaves in it as always.

This is a place that we booked in the last min, hence we got it at a higher price, they did not show us to good rooms at first, after a lot of argument gave us another room with some light. Food was alright.
